AFTER THE CALL

It listens, so nobody has to write it down.

Every call transcribed, summarised and turned into a dated follow-up.

A promise made on a call stops being a promise only one person heard.

What this actually is

Conversation intelligence is what happens to a call after somebody hangs up. The recording becomes text, the text becomes a short summary, and the promise made on the call becomes a dated follow-up on that customer.

Most products in this market sell this as coaching — scores, sentiment dials, a leaderboard. Ours does the writing up instead, because that is the job that actually gets skipped when a desk is busy, and a skipped write-up is a lost customer six weeks later.

Nothing here needs an agent to remember to do anything.

What happens after hang-up

01/03

Transcribed

The call becomes text, searchable with everything else on that customer.

02/03

Summarised

A short account of what was said and agreed, on the record rather than in a notebook.

03/03

Dated

The follow-up date comes out of the conversation and lands on the customer's record, where the chase already lives.

What you get

Every one of these has its own page saying whether it is live today.

What is live today

The line above each list is the honest one. Nothing below is described as finished when it is not.

Every call transcribed onto the customer's record
A short summary written by the time you hang up
The follow-up date written out of what was said
Search across every call the business has made
Sentiment and call scoring
Live coaching while the call is running
On the record

What lands on the record when the call ends.

The recording, the transcript and the dated follow-up, written while the agent is still saying goodbye.

Sample names — we do not put a real customer's screen on a public page.

  • Searchable with everything else on that customer
  • A summary, not a blank note field
  • The chase already has a date on it

Questions

Asked before buying

Is transcription charged per minute?
No. It is included from the Professional tier. A per-minute bill is a reason to switch transcription off, and a transcript nobody switched on is worth nothing.
What languages does it handle?
The ones our own centres work in are tested. Ask about yours on the demo and we will run one of your recordings through it rather than guess.
Can an agent correct the summary?
Yes, and the correction is what stays. It is a starting point, not a verdict.
Do you train models on our calls?
No. One database per customer, and your recordings are not used as examples anywhere.

Whose calls get transcribed

Company lines are company lines: calls through the switchboard are visible to the team. Calls synced from somebody's personal handset are not, and an unmatched handset call is never transcribed at all. That distinction is in the code, not in a policy document.
