Privacy

One database per customer

This platform ships one copy per customer, on its own database. Your rows are not in a shared table with a filter on them.

What we do not do

We do not train anything on your calls, we do not sell or share your customer data, and we do not use your recordings as examples.

Who can see a call

Access is scoped by centre and territory. A request for another centre's data returns a refusal, not a redirect to a safe page.

Deletion

Only a super admin deletes anything, anywhere in this platform. That is enforced in middleware over every delete path, not by a tick box.
