In India, TRAI's commercial-communication rules govern who may be called, when, and after what consent. The UK has Ofcom and the ICO. The UAE has the TDRA. All of them publish. None of them are secret.
What catches people out is not the existence of the rules. It is that the software let them break the rules without saying anything.
Most products treat do-not-call as a setting in the app. The app then asks nicely. If a number gets dialled another way — an API call, a bulk import, somebody's own handset — nothing stops it.
Enforcement has to sit where the call is actually placed, which is the dialplan, not the browser.
Our do-not-call and time-window checks run in the dialplan as well as in the software, so a browser cannot talk its way past them, and blocked attempts are kept.
We hold no compliance certification and we say so on the security page. What we can show you is where the check happens and what it recorded.
